Club Policies
To ensure the smooth running of our Club, the Board has formalised a set of policies. They are designed to;
- Enable members to understand what the processes and procedures are in various circumstances;
- Ensure the Club operates in an open and transparent fashion.
- Create an equal opportunity to all members.
- Assist the Club to operate effectively when Board members change.
Constitution
The Airport Saints Netball Club Inc. Constitution that outlines the purpose of the Club and rules and procedures that we use to organise the Club.
Handbook
This handbook is a guide for all members of the Airport Saints Netball Club Inc. including coaches, players, supporters and committee members.
Bylaws
These Bylaws are the rules governing the internal affairs of the Parkville Netball Association. They are the operating procedures that govern the competitions we play in.
Team Allocation
The Club has a Team Allocation and Grading Policy which outlines the Club's approach to allocating players (new and returning) to teams.
Club Fees
The Club is committed to providing a transparent process for the setting and collection of fees, as well as a framework for refund.
Complaints Policy
The Club recognise people associated with the Club will from time to time have grievances or complaints that need to be resolved in the interest of maintaining good relationships. The grievance and complaints policy outlines the process that Club will follow which such issues are raised.

Code of Conduct
At Airport Saints Netball Club Inc., our mission is for the players to enjoy being active and have fun with their team mates. Netball is all about developing new skills, making new friends and being part of a team. Playing for the Saints helps your child achieve all of this, in a positive and encouraging environment.
We also expect everyone who is part of the Airport Saints Netball Club Inc., be aware of the Codes of Conduct which are applicable to players, parents/guardians, coaches and umpires. Please see these below:
